The theme of the Arts Education Days 2025 is ‘Collaborate, Influence, Create’. How can we collaborate more between art subjects, sectors, generations, languages, municipalities and organisations? How can we strengthen the position of arts education and culture in our society? How can the arts education and culture sectors take action in difficult times and promote community, joy, diversity and equality?
The conference features a wide programme on current cultural issues and nine different art forms. During the two days, there will be panel discussions, workshops, artistic performances, lectures as well as lunch, networking and a festive dinner. The programme will be held in Swedish, Finnish and English, with Swedish as the main language. In the programme schedule, you can find information in what languages each programme is held. We reserve the right to make changes or adjustments to the programme.
The aim of the Arts Education Days is to inspire collaboration in the arts education and culture sectors and to create a space for peer support and networking. The conference is for everyone who is working with or interested in cultural issues and arts education for children and young people such as:
